Refund policy

At ANNIVRE, each piece is thoughtfully selected and carefully prepared with you in mind. As a small boutique, every order is meaningful to us, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer returns under the following guidelines.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.  Within the return window, you may request for a return by logging in to your ANNIVRE  account and selecting the order you wish to return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (no stains, makeup, or deodorant marks).
  • Free from odors (including perfumej, smoke, or any other strong scents).
  • Free of pet hair, lint, or any signs of wear.
  • Returned with original tags and packaging in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.

Return Process

To ensure a smooth return experience, we accept one return request per order. All items must be included in a single return shipment.

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, a return shipping label and instructions will be sent to you.

Approved returns are expected to be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your return label to ensure timely processing. Returns sent after this timeframe may be subject to cancellation or refusal.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and are non-refundable:

  • Sale Items: Any items purchased at a discounted price or on sale.
  • Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for international orders are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
