Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard shipping  typically arrives within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. We offer the following shipping rate for all orders:

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within [1–3] business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout. Please note that you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and they vary by country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your package

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors such as weather, holidays, or courier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at help@annivre.com. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

At ANNIVRE, each piece is thoughtfully selected and carefully prepared with you in mind. As a small boutique, every order is meaningful to us, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer returns under the following guidelines.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  Within the return window, you may request for a return by logging in to your ANNIVRE  account and selecting the order you wish to return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (no stains, makeup, or deodorant marks).
• Free from odors (including perfume, smoke, or any other strong scents).
• Free of pet hair, lint, or any signs of wear.
• Returned with original tags and packaging in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be received in their original, unworn and resalable condition. Returns showing signs of wear, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, damage, or other conditions that prevent the item from being resold as new may be declined and returned to the customer.

Return Process

To ensure a smooth return experience, we accept one return request per order. All items must be included in a single return shipment.

Once your return is approved, a return shipping label and instruction will be sent to you.

Approved returns are expected to be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your return label to ensure timely processing. Returns sent after this timeframe may be subject to cancellation or refusal.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Sizing, Fit & Returns

At ANNIVRE, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. As a small boutique, we want you to feel confident and happy with every piece you choose.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on eligible orders as part of your ANNIVRE shopping experience.

Because sizing and fit can vary by style, we encourage you to review the measurements provided on each product page before ordering. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or measurements, please don’t hesitate to reach out before placing your order. We are always happy to personally assist you in selecting the size that may work best for you.

If you decide to return or exchange an item due to fit, sizing, personal preference, or a change of mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

For your convenience, ANNIVRE will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

ANNIVRE will cover return shipping if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the item advertised on the product page.

Minor variations in color caused by photography, lighting, or individual screen settings are not considered a product discrepancy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and are non-refundable:

• Sale Items: Any items purchased at a discounted price or on sale.
• Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
